  2. If I had to drink powdered milk I would need some Hershey's or Nesquick in it. Flavor is a world of difference from fresh whole milk. It might work in cooking since there are other ingredients to mask the flavor. It is also more expensive per gallon than regular milk though may be cheaper if you don't drink or use much milk and fresh milk would go bad.

    1. I think, if you reconstitute it and let it rest a couple hours it's fine. I've experienced the yuck taste but only if the powder is past date.
