🍎 Memorial Apple Butter
A Fresh Batch in Her Honor – Her Jars, Her Love, Her Legacy
📖 The Story
Darla Kosa found apple butter her mother made in fall of 2012. Her mother passed in April 2013. The jars are precious — but they are also 13 years old. This recipe is for making a fresh batch in her honor, using her jars, so her tradition can live on safely and be shared with family.
❤️ A note from the heart: "You don't have to eat the old apple butter to keep her close. The love that went into those jars is already inside you. Make a fresh batch, use her jars, and tell her stories while you cook. That's how her legacy lives on."
