I'm sorry if I couldn't respond to everyone. But here are some more of my medicinal herb tea blends I promised."

⚠️ Important Safety Note: "Please if you're new to using herbs do your research. If you are on any types of prescription meds research your herbs before you use them. There are some meds that will interact with different herbs. Talk with your doctor. I have heart disease, COPD, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure and osteoarthritis and have done a lot of research. These are the blends that help me, my journey is still ongoing but I am slowly getting better. So what works for me may not work for you but please get a good herb book and research. I have learned that working with medicinal herbs is a slow process but totally worth every step."

Using the "Part" Measurement System: All tea recipes use a simple "part" measurement. One part can be any measurement you choose — 1 tablespoon, ¼ cup, 1 cup, etc. This system makes it easy to scale recipes up or down.
