  2. It has to be powder milk. But I don't understand what is the point of mixing these 3 powders? I would just keep them separate and use when I bake. To save the mason jar for something more important. The only reason to mix the powders and fill the mason jars would be to vacuum seal the jars with a sealer machine to remove all air to increase storage time.
